NovaSolar AI analyzes your roof's solar potential using satellite imagery, your own photos, and AI. To get your first analysis, open the app, enter your home address (or a rooftop photo), and tap Analyze My Home. Your results — including estimated energy production, savings, payback period, and available incentives — are ready in under a minute.
You can sign in with Sign in with Apple, or use most features of the app without an account. If you're having trouble signing in, try signing out and back in from the Profile tab, or make sure Sign in with Apple is enabled for this device under iOS Settings → Apple ID → Sign-In & Security.
All solar production, savings, and payback figures are AI-generated estimates based on satellite/photo imagery and general market assumptions — not a substitute for a professional, on-site assessment. If your analysis looks inaccurate, try re-running it with a clearer or more recent rooftop photo, or double-check that the entered address is correct.
NovaSolar AI Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time:
If you believe you were charged in error, or need to restore a previous purchase, use the Restore Purchases button in the app's Profile tab, or contact us at support@novasolar.app with your Apple ID purchase receipt.
Details on what data we collect, how roof photos are processed by our AI, and your rights are available in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@novasolar.app.
Your photo is sent securely to our AI provider solely to generate your analysis. It is not sold, and your name, email, or phone number are never included in that request. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Estimates are generated from satellite imagery, your photos, and AI modeling, and are intended as a starting point. For a binding quote, we recommend requesting an on-site assessment from one of the verified installers in the app.
Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NovaSolar AI. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
Yes — most features, including roof analysis, are available without signing in. An account is only needed to save your history across devices.
From your analysis results, tap Find Installers, choose one or more verified installers near you, and submit a quote request with your contact details.
Email support@novasolar.app from the address associated with your account and we'll delete your account and data within 30 days.
