These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NovaSolar AI mobile app and website (the "Service"), operated by Blue Nova Solutions. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
NovaSolar AI provides AI-assisted estimates of a property's solar energy potential, projected savings, and access to a directory of solar installer companies. The Service also lets installer companies manage incoming leads.
All solar production, savings, payback period, and incentive figures shown in the Service are estimates only, generated using satellite/photo imagery, AI models, and general market assumptions. They are not a substitute for a professional, on-site assessment by a qualified installer, and we do not guarantee their accuracy. Any decision to purchase or install a solar energy system should be based on a formal quote and site survey from a licensed installer.
You may use Sign in with Apple to create an account, or use certain features without signing in. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.
When you submit a request for a quote, you authorize us to share the information you provide (name, contact details, and property/estimate data) with the installer company or companies you selected. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any agreement, quote, or installation you enter into with an installer.
NovaSolar AI Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: uploading photos you do not have the right to use, attempting to interfere with or reverse-engineer the Service, or using the installer-lead system to send spam or fraudulent requests.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Nova Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on estimates it provides.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
